Chef Alex is making his first leap from the cramped food cart to a hosted dinner and flexing his creative muscles with a fantastic scratch menu!

Our awesome friends at Yemans St. have a great, eccentric atmosphere with positive vibes and quirky artwork littering the walls (which is for sale!). We’re looking forward to working with them and potentially serving more dinners here.
For our first event, we will be serving a 4-course dinner, highlighting some really beautiful seafood:
Raw Select Oysters with Green Mignonette
Pan-seared Sea Scallop with Brown Butter, Crispy Pancetta and Micro Radish
Pan-roasted Red Snapper with Samphire, Whole Grain Mustard & White Wine pan sauce with Micro Mustard
Creme Brûlée with Salted Caramel Sauce
